Two impact-driven companies, WishNew Wellness and GPS Renewables' ARYA, have raised funding to enhance their wellness products and renewable energy projects.
WishNew Wellness, a wellness brand, raised $250,000 in an angel funding round led by Ankit Khadelwal with contributions from DotPe co-founder Gyanesh Sharma, Abhijeet Rana, and Ashish Singh. The funding will be used for R&D, expanding the product range, and improving access to wellness solutions.
Founded by Karan Khurana and Pranshu Singh, WishNew offers nutritional supplements, skincare, fitness aids, and mental wellness products. The brand uses ingredients like blueberries, ashwagandha, and brahmi with advanced bioavailability technology to boost health benefits. Based in Delhi, the company has partnered with FC Goa as their wellness partner and focuses on optimizing supply chains and enhancing its digital and retail presence.
ARYA, a subsidiary of GPS Renewables, raised Rs 100 crore in a mezzanine financing round led by InCred Opportunities Fund and Spark Capital. The funds will support Compressed Biogas (CBG) projects under partnerships with Indian Oil Corporation (IOCL) and Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) as part of ARYA’s climate infrastructure.
Launched in 2022, ARYA focuses on sustainable biofuels and decarbonization projects. It operates 100+ biogas plants across India, including Asia’s largest RNG plant in Indore. GPS Renewables, headquartered in Bengaluru, previously raised $50 million in debt and $20 million in equity funding to support India’s shift toward clean energy.
