Two startups, Perfora and Vecmocon, have raised funds to drive innovation in oral care and electric vehicles.
Perfora, an oral care brand, raised $2.5 million in a funding round led by RPSG Capital Ventures. Investors like Sauce VC and Lotus Herbals Family Office also participated.
The funds will be used to:
Founded by Jatan Bawa and Tushar Khurana, Perfora makes products like electric toothbrushes, teeth whitening pens, and probiotic mouthwash. The company focuses on improving oral hygiene with safe and innovative solutions.
Perfora competes with brands like Sippline and Bamboo India in the oral care market.
Vecmocon, a startup focused on electric vehicle technology, raised $10 million in the first phase of its Series A funding round. The round was led by Ecosystem Integrity Fund (EIF), with support from Blume Ventures and British International Investment (BII).
The funds will help Vecmocon:
Founded in 2016 at IIT Delhi, Vecmocon creates solutions like battery management systems (BMS) and vehicle intelligence modules (VIM). Its technology powers over 70,000 EVs in India. Clients include Exide, BGauss, and Battery Smart.
