Matrix Geo Solutions and Theranautilus Secure Key Funding

Matrix Geo Solutions and Theranautilus have raised funding to grow in their fields of geospatial technology and healthcare nanorobotics.

Matrix Geo Solutions Secures $1M for Expansion

Matrix Geo Solutions, a company focused on drone and satellite technology, raised $1 million in a pre-IPO funding round. The round was led by Chittorgarh Infotech, Viney Equity Markets LLP, and Tryrock Capital Trust AIF. IntelliFin Private Limited managed the funding process.

The funds will help Matrix Geo:

  • Grow its operations and expand services.
  • Prepare for its upcoming SME IPO with a Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP).

Founded in 2008 by Amit Sharma and Rahul Jain, the company works with sectors like transportation, solar power, and urban planning. Its services help organizations improve planning, reduce costs, and make better decisions.

Matrix Geo also runs the Drone Academy of India, where it trains students and professionals in drone technology.

Theranautilus Raises $1.2M to Advance Healthcare Nanorobotics

Theranautilus, a healthcare-focused startup, raised $1.2 million in a seed round. The funding was led by pi Ventures, with support from Golden Sparrow Ventures, Abhishek Goyal (Tracxn), and Lalit Keshre (Groww).

The funds will be used to:

  • Launch nanorobotic devices for dental care.
  • Expand the technology to treat cancer and other medical needs.

Founded in 2020, Theranautilus creates nanorobots that target and repair damaged tissues. For example, their technology offers relief for dental hypersensitivity, a condition affecting over 2 billion people worldwide. These tiny robots deliver safe materials to heal affected areas and provide long-lasting solutions.
