Even though Exposome is new, it’s growing fast. Last year, the company made INR 76.4 Lakh but also had a loss of INR 37.4 Lakh.
AppsForBharat is the company behind Sri Mandir, a popular devotional app. It raised $18 million in a new funding round led by Nandan Nilekani’s Fundamentum and other investors.
Sri Mandir lets users visit temples online, join pujas, and make offerings. Since 2021, the app has been downloaded over 30 million times. The new funds will help the company add more features, reach more users, and expand to other countries like the US and UK.
In the last year, over 500,000 users have completed 2.7 million pujas through the app. AppsForBharat plans to add things like special tickets, spiritual tourism, and Prasad delivery in the next five years.
